    Trichrome Blue by Loish

    This animation is incredible! The artists was able to utilize the simplicity of the flash program and make something complex and interesting. I like the fluidity and abstract quality that it has. The color scheme effects used on this animation work well and compliments the theme of it well. The only part of this animation that I do not particularly like about this creation is the simplicity of the main character’s face, more detail and expression could have been used.

    Animator vs. Animation by Alan Becker

    This animated piece is great fun! The creator was able to take the simplistic and boring computer functions and make them interact with the computer user to make them interesting. The idea behind this piece was very creative and innovative. Although the artist did not use great details in each frame, and it is very simply drawn, it still holds your attention. The only part of this animation that I did not like was that the animation was not entirely fluid, it was a bit
    choppy.

    This animation is very rough and unrefined but is able to capture the energy and feel of an actual horse fight. I like the that the artist was able to capture the movements and behaviors just as they appear in nature. This animation is very well executed and could very easily become a full fledged animated scene.
    The only part of this animation that I did not like was that it is a very rough, and sloppy.
